Companies

The code book is used to enter the basic data of your company (or several companies). Correct data entry here is a precondition for the system to work, especially for correct printing of documents and communication with government services. The list also gives an overview of the fiscalisation certificate status and the information intermediary of each company.

Mandatory data for Fiscalisation 2.0 (F2.0)

For the system to work without interruption, keep the following fields up to date:

    • {Activities (NACE 2025)} — update of the standard classification of activities according to NKD 2025.
    • {Authorized} — without this data, legally compliant sending of F2.0 documents is not possible.
    • {Email address} — one or more addresses of recipients of notifications about newly received incoming invoices. They are entered in the list 04 - Novi ulazni računi.

How to...

Limitations

A new company can be entered only by an administrator of an accounting company, and only while the accounting company itself is selected as the current company (upper left). While one of its clients is selected, the add button is not shown.
Company data can be edited exclusively by the administrator of that company. In the [ Partners ] form the data is not available for editing even when the company is also entered there as a partner.
If the system reports that the fiscalisation certificate has expired (an empty or past date in the F1.0 column), a new certificate is delivered to support by the procedure described in fiscal.
