About filters and finding data in lists

The filter is shown and hidden with the funnel icon in the upper right corner of the form. The fields are listed in the order they appear on screen:

• {Status}
  Active or Inactive companies.
• {Country}
  Only companies with a registered office in the selected country are loaded.
• {Module}
  Only companies using the selected module are loaded.
• {Accounting}
  When ticked, only accounting companies and companies that keep their own books are loaded — all companies with the {Accounting/Custodian} check box ticked in the ostalo tab.
• {Accounting/Custodian}
  Only companies kept by the selected accounting company or custodian are loaded.
• {Type}
  Company type: d.o.o., j.d.o.o., ltd; Obrt (sole trade); dd; Ustanova (institution); Zadruga (cooperative); Obrt paušalni (flat-rate sole trade); Stranka (political party); Neprofitna (non-profit); JLS (local government unit); OPG (family farm); Fizička osoba (individual).

Above the list is the Search box, which narrows the view to the already loaded companies whose row contains the entered text. At the bottom of the list the number of rows per page is selected and the list is paged.

• Akt — Activity status of the company.
• Šifra — Unique code of the company within the system.
• Naziv — Short name of the company.
• Mjesto — Post code and name of the town of the company's registered office.
• OIB — Personal identification number of the company.
• F1.0 — Expiry date of the fiscalisation certificate under the F1 protocol. If no date is shown, the certificate is not installed; the procedure is described in fiscal.
• F2.0 — Letter marking the information intermediary for Fiscalisation 2.0: E — MeR, O — ePoslovanje.
• KEY — Mark that the API key is entered; relevant only if the information intermediary is ePoslovanje.
• Odgovorna osoba — Name of the company's authorised person.
  • The data is mandatory for Fiscalisation 2.0.
