Brix automatically imports new items and variations from the webshop together with the orders, on the schedule described in Brix and WooCommerce integration.

When needed, a manual import of data from the webshop is started with the icon. Brix communicates with the webshop directly, so no separate file needs to be prepared.

Rules by which Brix recognises items and customers that have already been imported:

• Item import rules for WooCommerce
• Partner (customer) import rules for WooCommerce
