Brix and WooCommerce integration | Importing item data from the webshop (WooCommerce)
Partner (customer) import rules for WooCommerce
When importing orders from WooCommerce, Brix opens partners (customers) automatically. It checks whether Brix already has a customer (partner) with the same email address as the customer in the webshop.
- If it does, the order is linked to the existing customer (partner) in Brix.
- If it does not, a new customer (partner) is opened.
- If the customer has no email address in the webshop, a new customer is always opened in Brix.
Who the invoice created from the order is issued to is described in Importing orders from WooCommerce.
The email address is the only data by which Brix recognises an existing customer. A customer who orders in the webshop with several different email addresses will have several partner records in Brix.
