The [ Employees ] form holds all persons engaged in the system in any way, divided into the types Student, Pupil, Seconded worker, External associate and Employee.

• Signature on documents
  Brix can store an image of an employee's signature and/or stamp, which is printed automatically on documents on which that employee appears as the signatory.
• Activation
  To set this up, send a request to Brix support with the signature or stamp image in digital format. A quote for the service will be prepared on the basis of your request.
• Documents the employee signs
  Which employee signs each document is set by the company administrator in the ~ SIGNATORIES ~ tab of the [ Companies ] form. Only an active employee can be a signatory.
