Web enquiries depend on the department type and can be one of the following:

• Support requests — The support system of companies that communicate with their clients or users through messages (accounting firms, software companies and similar). The user enters a request in the Support form, and the support provider processes it in the Received Support Requests form (the Ticketing module).
• Sales enquiry — An enquiry sent through the company's website.
• Service enquiries — Servicing of vehicles, outboard motors, construction machinery and similar.
