Invoices | Sending invoices to F1 or F2.0 fiscalisation
Invoices to natural persons registered in AMS
Although invoices to citizens are normally fiscalised under the F1 protocol, there are exceptional cases where a natural person is registered in AMS1). In such cases the outgoing invoice is sent to that customer under the F2.0 fiscalisation rules.
System prerequisites
For the automation to work correctly, the partner data (natural person) must:
- Contain the person's OIB.
- Have the {Registered in AMS} field ticked.
If the system finds when sending the invoice that the customer is not registered in AMS after all, it proceeds as described in Procedure when the customer is not registered in AMS.
Only system administrators may change or correct the {Registered in AMS} field.
