~ FISCAL DATA ~
The ~ FISCAL DATA ~ tab shows the fiscalisation data of a document under the F1 protocol and the XML files exchanged with the Tax Administration. It is shown only in companies set up for F1 fiscalisation and only for a document fiscalised under the F1 protocol.
The fields are display-only:
- {Id} — Internal number under which the document is kept in Brix.
- {OIB} (personal identification number) — OIB of the employee who created the document.
- {ZKI} — Issuer's protection code.
- {JIR} — Unique invoice identifier assigned by the Tax Administration.
Below the fields a line shows the date and time of the last fiscalisation attempt and the Tax Administration's response (e.g. 17.10.2026 17:27 OK). After successful fiscalisation the response is “OK”; if fiscalisation fails, an error message is shown instead.
It is followed by the list of XML files exchanged with the Tax Administration. Each line of the list shows:
- the date and time the request was sent or the response was received;
- the name of the XML file.
The file name starts with the invoice number, which under the fiscalisation rules consists of the invoice number, the business premises code and the billing device code (e.g. 2822/P002117/2). The invoice number is followed by:
- Z — the fiscalisation request sent, or O — the Tax Administration's response;
- the sequence number of the attempt to send for fiscalisation.
Example: 2822/P002117/2-Z-1.xml is the first fiscalisation request for invoice 2822/P002117/2, and 2822/P002117/2-O-1.xml is the Tax Administration's response to that request.
Clicking a line of the list opens the content of the XML file in a new browser window.
