Food and Beverage
Food and beverage (F&B) is an item from the catering offer, prepared and sold in the outlet. It is non-material, so it carries no stock of its own — stock is carried by the raw materials the F&B item is prepared from.
Relieving the raw materials
- The raw materials relieved by a sale are set by a recipe, separately for every department the F&B item is sold in.
- Relieving is triggered by confirming the daily turnover.
The quantity of raw materials relieved is also affected by two item data, {Technological surplus} and {Processing loss (waste) in F&B}, described on the ~ BASIC ~ tab.
