Swapped Items

Overview of items swapped in daily sales in the selected period — which item was swapped for which, in what quantity and for what amount. The swap procedure is described in item swap.

The report is started from the Menu > Overviews > Daily Sales form with the icon, item Swapped Items. The dialog Swapped Items - Select Output opens with the following fields:

• {From date} and {To date} — the period of daily sales covered by the report; it is written into the report title.
• {Department} — the department whose swaps are printed. If no department is selected, the report covers all departments, which is stated in the report header.

The icons for sending by e-mail, downloading and previewing on screen are common to all printouts and are described on Print language.

• Document — the daily sale in which the swap was made.
• From Item — the item that was sold and swapped.
• To Item — the item that was actually sold.
• Quantity — the swapped quantity.
• Unit Price — the price at which the swap was made.
• Amount — the swap amount.
