Cheat Sheet

Alphabetical list of items with their PLU codes on the selected Fiskalna vaga SunMicro Fiscal device. The printout helps the sales staff at the scale: they find the item by name and enter its code on the scale.

The printout is started from the Menu > Overviews > Daily Sales form with the icon in the form header. The dialog Cheat Sheet - Select Output opens with the following field:

• {Point of sale} — the scale whose items are printed, shown by the number and name of the point of sale — see Locations.

The icons for sending by e-mail, downloading and previewing on screen are common to all printouts and are described on Print language.

Items are sorted alphabetically by full name and arranged in three columns. For each item the following is printed:

• PLU — the item code on the scale.
• Name — the full item name in Brix.

The short name, price, free price entry and VAT rate of the items on the scale are given by the report SunMicro Goods.

• The icon is shown only in departments with at least one Fiskalna vaga SunMicro Fiscal device.
• An item with PLU code 0 is not listed. This code is virtual and cannot be entered on the scale; it appears in sales only when an item was entered incorrectly on the scale.
