====== Web Enquires ======

Web enquiries depend on the department type and can be one of the following:

  * **Support requests** — The support system of companies that communicate with their clients or users through messages (accounting firms, software companies and similar). The user enters a request in the [[brix:en:tickets]] form, and the support provider processes it in the [[brix:en:post_tickets]] form (the **Ticketing** module).
  * **Sales enquiry** — An enquiry sent through the company's website.
  * **Service enquiries** — Servicing of vehicles, outboard motors, construction machinery and similar.
