====== Stocks ======

An overview of item stock levels per department (warehouse). For every item that has a stock record in a department, the list shows the quantity, average purchase price, value and the dates of the last movements; the dialog is where the minimum and optimal stock levels, the location, and the stock type and account are set. Items are entered in the [[brix:en:goods]] form.

===== Buttons =====

The //Stock - Edit// dialog opens from the list; the same dialog also opens with the {{:icons:add-btn_pnk.png?20|}} button on the [[brix:en:goods:stocks]] tab of the [[brix:en:goods]] form. The buttons at the bottom of the dialog:

  * <color #ffffff/#0087ab>**SAVE**</color> — Saves the entered data.
  * <color #ffffff/#f44336>**DELETE**</color> — Deletes the item's stock record in the department. The button stays visible but disabled until the conditions in the Limitations section are met.

The dialog header holds the print icons:

  * {{:icons:sell-bar_dgr.png?25|}} — Prints price stickers with the item's retail price; the dialog fields are described in the Print dialog section.
  * {{:icons:fact_check-bar_dgr.png?25|}} — Prints the item's product labels with the content entered on the [[brix:en:goods:declarations]] tab of the [[brix:en:goods]] form, where the print dialog fields are also described. The icon is shown only to companies with the **//G_DEKL//** [[brix:en:companies:settings|setting]] enabled.

===== Print dialog =====

Clicking {{:icons:sell-bar_dgr.png?25|}} opens the //Price Stickers - Select Output// dialog:

  * //**{Type of Label}**// — Sticker size. The types are predefined; a new type is requested through a [[brix:en:tickets|support request]].
  * //**{Printer}**// — The label printer the stickers are printed on.
  * //**{Quantity}**// — The number of stickers to print.

The output options are the same as in every print dialog and are described on [[brix:en:basics:print]].

===== Data tabs =====

The dialog has the following [[brix:en:basics:tabs|data tabs]]:

  * **//[[brix:en:stocks:basic]]//**\\ The item's stock data in the department — minimum and optimal stock levels, position, stock type and account, and the calculated quantities, prices and values.
  * **//[[brix:en:goods:substitutes]]//**\\ Items that can substitute this item; the tab is identical to the one in the [[brix:en:goods]] form and is shown only to companies with the **//G_ZAMART//** [[brix:en:companies:settings|setting]] enabled.

===== Limitations =====

  * A stock record can be deleted with **DELETE** only when the item's stock in the department is 0 and the item has no movements in that department; otherwise the button is disabled.
  * An item that is "under stock count" cannot be entered on incoming or outgoing documents until the stock count list is closed — see //**{Stock Count in Progress}**// on the [[brix:en:stocks:basic]] tab.

  * **Stocks** — Stock levels on a given date.

  * **No Turnover - CSV** — Export of the [[brix:en:stocks:bez_prometa]] report data in [[brix:en:csv|CSV format]].
  * **To order** — A list of items whose stock is at or below the entered //**{Min Stock Level}**//.
    * The quantities shown are those needed to bring the stock up to the entered //**{Optimal Stock Level}**//.
    * The report ignores items with no minimum stock level entered.

  * **Positions** — A list of the warehouse positions.
