eInvoices
The //eInvoices// business solution covers issuing quotes and invoices, sending invoices for fiscalisation under the **//F1//** or **//F2.0//** protocol, receiving and approving incoming eInvoices, and posting all of these documents the moment they are closed. When an invoice is closed, Brix selects the protocol, sends the invoice to the information intermediary, tracks the delivery status and reports the payment through eReporting.
What Fiscalisation 2.0 is
**Fiscalisation 2.0** is not merely a technical upgrade of the existing system; it is a comprehensive digital transformation of business in the Republic of Croatia.
It is a legally prescribed system in which every issued invoice — whether for transactions between businesses (B2B) or sales to consumers (B2C) — is **automatically reported to the Tax Administration in real time**.
All invoices issued to consumers (B2C) are also subject to mandatory fiscalisation, **regardless of the payment method**. This includes bank transfers as well as digital services such as **Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, KEKS Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay**.
The Fiscalisation 2.0 system covers:
* **Mandatory issuing of fiscalised eInvoices** — every invoice line must be correctly classified according to the current //Classification of Products by Activity (KPD 2025)//.
* **Integrated e-archive** — all eInvoices are stored digitally and remain permanently available in electronic form.
* **Connected online bookkeeping** — enabled within the VAT system for real-time monitoring and reporting.

Fiscalisation and eInvoices
The rules deciding whether an invoice goes to **//F1//** or **//F2.0//** fiscalisation are described in brix:en:invoices:einvoice. Brix supports two information intermediaries — brix:en:integrations:mer and brix:en:integrations:eposlovanje; the user contracts the service with the intermediary, and support enters the credentials into Brix.
* brix:en:invoices:ereporting\\ eInvoice status in the invoice list, F1/F2 marks and real-time payment reporting.
* brix:en:invoices:ams\\ Natural persons registered in AMS receive eInvoices; when the customer is not registered in AMS, the Tax Administration is notified automatically.
* brix:en:invoices:einvoice:paper_invoices\\ Who issues paper invoices in 2026.
* brix:en:inc_invoices:eura\\ Automatic download of incoming eInvoices once a day, PDF and XML into the **//brix:en:tab_dms//** tab.
Attachments sent with an eInvoice must be in the invoice's **//brix:en:tab_dms//** tab **before closing** — the F2.0 standard does not allow attachments to be sent afterwards.
Accounting integration
When an outgoing invoice is closed, Brix immediately posts the receivable, the VAT liability and the revenue; the entries are visible in the invoice's **//brix:en:tab_journal//** tab. A closed bill is posted the same way. Invoices enter the VAT return and the balance sheet by delivery date, and closed VAT periods are protected by the mechanism described in brix:en:bookkeeping:vat_period.
No transfer to another program: the bookkeeping service that keeps the books works in the same database, in the brix:en:solutions:accounting solution.
