brix:en:invoices **|** brix:en:integrations:woo ====== Importing orders from WooCommerce ====== Brix automatically imports orders from the WooCommerce webshop together with the items, on the schedule described in brix:en:integrations:woo. An invoice is created from each imported order. The import can also be started manually with the icon in the bottom right corner of the invoice list. The icon is shown only to companies integrated with a webshop. ===== Customer ===== * For each customer in an order Brix opens a partner or links the order to an existing one; the matching rules are described in brix:en:woo:partsync. * **Retail invoice (RAMP)** — The invoice is issued to the partner //Građani// with the two-letter code of the customer's country, e.g. //Građani GB//, and the customer's data is entered in the //**{Temporary Customer}**// box. The partner is chosen by country because different countries have different currencies, and the country is kept in the partners. * **Export outside the EU** — When the customer is a natural person outside the EU with a tax exemption (export of goods outside the EU), the invoice is created not as a retail invoice (RAMP) but as a regular invoice (RAOT). ===== Shipping address ===== The shipping address is entered for all customers in the //**{Shipping Address}**// box. It can be corrected or entered later, and is used when printing the address label for packing and the delivery service.
