brix:en:invoices **|** brix:en:invoices:einvoice ====== eReporting of invoice payments ====== In Brix, eReporting of payments of outgoing invoices is carried out in real time. As soon as an invoice is closed, the amount paid is sent to the information intermediary. If invoice items are reopened, the system automatically sends a "void" of the payment amount. We do not know at what intervals the information intermediary forwards the data to the Tax Administration. Because status feedback between the information intermediary and the Tax Administration is often unavailable or unreliable, manual sending of eReporting has been discontinued. Brix sends the information only once, immediately when the event occurs (closing or reopening of the invoice). **Data control:** eReporting data must be checked and corrected where necessary directly in the Tax Administration's **fiskAplikacija** or on your information intermediary's portal. Note that transfer from the intermediary to the Tax Administration can take several days. The eInvoice statuses that Brix retrieves from the intermediary are described in the Statuses section, and the **Status**, **F1** and **F2** columns of the invoice list on the brix:en:invoices:list page. ===== Problems when reopening items (payment void) ===== When items of an outgoing invoice are reopened, Brix sends a void (reduction) of the payment. This relies on the //**{eInvoice ID}**// assigned by the information intermediary, shown in the invoice form. Sometimes the intermediary "has no information" for that ID (although it assigned it itself), so Brix cannot send the payment void and consequently **does not allow the items to be reopened**. * **Error example**\\ The system may return: {"message":"Nije moguće pronaći datum fiskalizacije za izlazni dokument s id-em XXXXXXX...","traceId":"..."}. * **Resolution**\\ Correct the data directly in the Tax Administration's **fiskAplikacija** or on the intermediary's portal. You can also ask the intermediary to fiscalise the invoice, always quoting the value of the //**{eInvoice ID}**// field.
