brix:en:integrations:start **|** brix:en:o_nacinima_placanja **|** brix:en:goods:woo ====== Brix and WooCommerce integration ====== The integration connects a webshop built in WooCommerce with Brix: items, variations and orders are imported into Brix, while invoicing, fiscalisation and all accounting and inventory operations are carried out in Brix. ===== What the integration provides ===== * Import of items, variations and orders from WooCommerce into Brix. * Successfully imported orders get the status //Processing// in WooCommerce. * Invoicing, fiscalisation and all accounting and inventory operations are carried out in Brix. ===== Order of procedures ===== The following procedures and their order must be observed: - Define new items and variations **only in WooCommerce**. - Run the import of items into Brix. - Complete the missing data and settings of the new items in Brix. Item data must be completed **before orders are imported**. Otherwise the order will not be imported into Brix, or it will be imported but the invoice cannot be approved until the item and/or the order item is corrected in Brix. ===== Setting up card payments and cash on delivery ===== For each type of card payment offered in the webshop, a card company must be opened in the //**[ Partners ]**// form and the //**{Web Shop Payment Type}**// selected in the brix:en:partners:basic tab. The same applies to the delivery service when cash on delivery is offered in the webshop. Details are described in brix:en:o_nacinima_placanja:kartica and brix:en:o_nacinima_placanja:pouzece. ===== Data import ===== Brix automatically imports items, variations and orders from WooCommerce every three hours. The schedule can be changed on request. The import can also be started manually at any time — see brix:en:goods:woo and brix:en:invoices:woo. Rules by which Brix recognises items and customers that have already been imported: * brix:en:woo:artsync * brix:en:woo:partsync After importing item data, always check the data of the imported items and their variations, especially //**{UoM}**//, //**{Check quantity}**//, //**{Stock Conversion Factor (ρ)}**//, //**{Stocks}**// and //**{Sellable}**//. Incorrect data will cause errors when invoices are approved. ===== Payment of orders ===== Invoices from the webshop arrive with the payment data the customer gave when ordering. When the invoice is approved, the payment is recorded in the till or in bank payments and the invoice is closed in the accounts. Payment by PayPal and cash on delivery create a document of type //29 - Bank Transfer Pay In//, shown in the brix:en:till_statements form.
