Food and beverage (F&B) is an item from the catering offer, prepared and sold in the outlet. It is non-material, so it carries no stock of its own — stock is carried by the raw materials the F&B item is prepared from.

===== Relieving the raw materials =====

  * The raw materials relieved by a sale are set by a [[brix:en:structures:recipes|recipe]], separately for every department the F&B item is sold in.
  * Relieving is triggered by confirming the [[brix:en:daily_bills|daily turnover]].
