The //**[ Employees ]**// form holds all persons engaged in the system in any way, divided into the types //Student//, //Pupil//, //Seconded worker//, //External associate// and //Employee//.

===== Employee signature and stamp on printed documents =====

  * **Signature on documents**\\ Brix can store an image of an employee's signature and/or stamp, which is printed automatically on documents on which that employee appears as the signatory.
  * **Activation**\\ To set this up, send a request to Brix support with the signature or stamp image in digital format. A quote for the service will be prepared on the basis of your request.
  * **Documents the employee signs**\\ Which employee signs each document is set by the company administrator in the **//[[brix:en:companies:signatories]]//** tab of the //**[ [[brix:en:companies|Companies]] ]**// form. Only an active employee can be a signatory.
