====== Swapped Items ======

Overview of items swapped in daily sales in the selected period — which item was swapped for which, in what quantity and for what amount. The swap procedure is described in [[brix:en:daily_bills:items#item_swap|item swap]].

===== Print dialog =====

The report is started from the **Menu > Overviews > Daily Sales** form with the {{:icons:description.png?20|}} icon, item //Swapped Items//. The dialog //Swapped Items - Select Output// opens with the following fields:

  * //**{From date}**// and //**{To date}**// — the period of daily sales covered by the report; it is written into the report title.
  * //**{Department}**// — the department whose swaps are printed. If no department is selected, the report covers all departments, which is stated in the report header.

The icons for sending by e-mail, downloading and previewing on screen are common to all printouts and are described on [[brix:en:basics:print]].

===== Report contents =====

  * **Document** — the daily sale in which the swap was made.
  * **From Item** — the item that was sold and swapped.
  * **To Item** — the item that was actually sold.
  * **Quantity** — the swapped quantity.
  * **Unit Price** — the price at which the swap was made.
  * **Amount** — the swap amount.
