====== Cheat Sheet ======

Alphabetical list of items with their PLU codes on the selected [[vage:sunmicrofiscal:]] device. The printout helps the sales staff at the scale: they find the item by name and enter its code on the scale.

===== Print dialog =====

The printout is started from the **Menu > Overviews > Daily Sales** form with the {{:icons:find_in_page.png?20|}} icon in the form header. The dialog //Cheat Sheet - Select Output// opens with the following field:

  * //**{Point of sale}**// — the scale whose items are printed, shown by the number and name of the point of sale — see [[brix:en:locations]].

The icons for sending by e-mail, downloading and previewing on screen are common to all printouts and are described on [[brix:en:basics:print]].

===== Report contents =====

Items are sorted alphabetically by full name and arranged in three columns. For each item the following is printed:

  * **PLU** — the item code on the scale.
  * **Name** — the full item name in Brix.

The short name, price, free price entry and VAT rate of the items on the scale are given by the report [[brix:en:daily_bills:l_artsun]].

===== Limitations =====

  * The icon is shown only in departments with at least one [[vage:sunmicrofiscal:]] device.
  * An item with PLU code 0 is not listed. This code is virtual and cannot be entered on the scale; it appears in sales only when an item was entered incorrectly on the scale.
