Adding the e-mail address to your contacts === * In your address book, add the e-mail address **sw@brix.onl** to the contact details of your fitness studio / gym. * **Alternative:** Create a new contact named **Brix Gymmetry** and enter the e-mail address **sw@brix.onl**. * {{:icons:important.png?16|}} All notifications come from that address. Adding it to your address book prevents e-mail messages from ending up in spam. === 2. Adding a web-app shortcut to the home screen === A shortcut lets you reach the system faster, as if it were a mobile application. * **[[brix:en:gymmetry:linkandroid|Instructions for Android]]** * **[[brix:en:gymmetry:linkiphone|Instructions for iPhone/iOS]]** ===== Booking rights control (quotas and deadlines) ===== Gymmetry bases booking rights on a mechanism of **digital quotas**. This ensures that members can use only the services they have actually paid for, and within the given time frame. ==== 1. Assigning a quota from an invoice ==== The quota is generated from the items of an issued invoice. The procedure is as follows: * **The ADD QUOTA button:** the invoice form has a dedicated button that activates the booking right. * **Activation:** on clicking the button, the system analyses the invoice items (services) and automatically enters the corresponding quota into the member's profile. * **Quota contents:** each generated quota defines the **total number of available slots** and the **validity deadline** (the date by which the slots must be used), taken from the service settings on the invoice. ==== 2. Automated control in the calendar ==== On every attempt to book a slot through the calendar, the system performs a double check in real time: - **Balance check (number of slots):** the system checks whether the member has at least one free slot within their quota. Every new booking reduces the balance by one, while a cancellation (within the allowed deadline) returns the slot to the quota. - **Deadline check (validity):** the system checks whether the selected slot falls within the defined "period of use" of the paid package. ==== 3. Booking disabled ==== If one of the above conditions is not met (e.g. the member has used up all slots or the validity deadline has passed), the system automatically takes the following actions: * **Interface block:** the **BOOK SLOT** button cannot be clicked. * **Information message:** the user is shown a clear reason why booking is not possible (e.g. //"Insufficient number of slots on the invoice"// or //"Package validity period has expired"//). Quotas are directly linked to invoice items and the Charging Plan. If the **ADD QUOTA** button is not pressed, the system will not see the paid slots and will prevent the member from booking despite the paid invoice.
