====== ~ ACCOUNT CODES ~ ======

In this tab the account codes Brix uses in automatic postings are assigned accounts of the selected chart of accounts. The codes are predefined and the same for all charts; each chart has its own assignment.

Filter fields:
  * //**{Chart of accounts}**// — The chart whose assignment is edited.
  * //**{Account}**// — Codes assigned an account starting with the characters entered.
  * //**{Code}**// — Codes starting with the characters entered.
  * //**{No translation}**// — Only the codes with no account assigned in the selected chart.
  * //**{Not used}**//

List columns:
  * //**{Code}**// and //**{Name}**// — The account code and the name of the data posted by it.
  * //**{Account}**// — The account of the selected chart assigned to the code. The account is chosen directly in the row field, according to the name in the //**{Name}**// column.

===== Limitations =====

  * {{:icons:warning.png?16|}} A yellow field in the //**{Account}**// column means no account is assigned to the code. When an automatic posting requires such a code, Brix does not allow the document to be approved and reports an error naming the missing code — assign the account here and approve again.
  * The same code may be assigned to only one account of the same chart.
